A. The price on site is €275 which converts to exactly $299.
B. That depends entirely on your preset settings and the pixel layout of the video.
C. Works for both, for MAC you'll have to use a Windows VM.
D. Yes, but the licence is limited to only 1 device. We can always reset it if needed.

You mentioned that your service bypasses Google's pixel detection. I'm curious about the differences between pixel interpolation (upscaling), cut editing, muting audio, and your service.
I'm asking you this question because pixel interpolation technology can actually create additional pixels, which could potentially aid in bypassing Google's detection.

The difference is simple, upscaling simply upscales the video and creates more frames. It might work once, if even that. But for multiple copies you do need this tool.
