TIKTOK SHOP STEAL MY HOLD PAYOUT AFTER DEACTIVE ACCOUNT

I'm outside from USA, so I bought an tiktok seller account. It means all of details are not mine
My account was deactive from 15th December 2023 for unreasonable reason.
As tiktok's policy, after deactive 90 days, Tiktok will send me all of my hold payout. It means 15th March 2024, I will receive my payout
BUT NOT, TIKTOK INFORM ME THAT WILL NEVER SEND ANY PAYOUT (picture Below)

Anyone ever face this problem? How can i receive my money? And Who can reinstate my account? Thanks all

Same thing, and I can't appeal again until March 30. I know the reason for my account. 24 hours before the disqualification, I had a wave of fake account subscriptions. The most unfair thing is that there's nothing we can do and the TikTok service is completely absent. I had thousands of fake accounts signed up for 8 days until I found a way to make them disappear... According to the feedback I've had, even after being reinstated to CPB, the money is permanently lost. It's simply theft when you have nothing to do with it, or when TikTok doesn't explain why. Attached is the only return e-mail I've managed to get. Probably another automated response...
