You shouldn't but grow organically
Can you please suggest some tips to grow organically, only one of my videos got 600 views, other is below 200 views.

You don't want to hear that but its the only option. You can use black hat methods which works temporary but in the end you will need a new account and repeat that if you want to keep that track. I'm on the same track, currently most of my videos levitate between 220 - 260 views but some videos are already driving 3000 - 6000 views, ascending trend as more as i create.
dont buy because the followers are going to be useless and won't engage with your post and tiktok knows when you got fake followers so organic is the best

Keep going and don't give up, you only need one good video to get the ball rolling. It's normal to have some videos with low views still, some posts will take off some won't.
