What I've done so far, I've built mutiple T1 web2.0 with similiar keywords pointing to my main money site. From what I understand is T1's should be treated like money site.

My question is - how fast and how many backlinks (T2) should point to new T1's within the first month or so?

Start slow and build out your network naturally.

Build links to your Tier 1 as well.

Each site should link at different rates to your T1 sites and your T1 sites should link at different rates to your money site

The key is to make it look NATURAL

Makes sense. Thanks for your help @blackbeans

Would you recommend the GSA (T3) + link shorteners > T2/T1 + link shorteners > money site?

Are you reffering to a new or an established website? Because you can have different approach on how to Tier your backlinks. Also, do you diversify your anchors? In other words, since you are saying "for the first month" I would advise you to use the "Pillowing" Strategy, using 40% generic keywords as anchors, plenty Plain urls and domain as anchor on your T1 links.

Build 5 Web2.0 a day + 10 contextual d0foll0w links to each of them (later spam these links with GSA)

Make sure you are using expired high PA web 2.0s and not just fresh. Use fresh where you can't preregister for free - like livejournal, webnode...

The first month make 30+ Tumblr blogs and 5 of each other platform. Later add more if you need, usually you won't unless your niche is hard.

Some that allow pre-registration and high PA can be found.

    wordpress
    blogger (careful here)
    tumblr
    weebly
    over-blog
    strikingly
    jimbo
    jigsy
    beep
    webgarden
    edublogs
    snax
    wallinside
    spruz
    webstarts
    bloghi
    bravenet
    citeulike
    sosblogs
    xanga
    blogigo
    blog.FC2.com

The website is roughly ~5 months old with with a couple of press releases, some social signals, and with a fair amount of generic and branded anchor texts.

I'd say targeted keyword anchors are around ~2-3%. I know it takes a while for everything to process within Google, especially with new sites but I haven't seen any significant movement for what seems to be easy keywords (main keywords are hovering around 15-30th positions).

From what I've been reading, Tumblrs seem like the first choice when it comes to T1's and from you've said, it seems to align.

I'm just weighing the time it would take to make a web2.0's vs PBN links. The latter would be less time consuming.

Can I ask what you use to find high PA web2.0's?

    Scrapebox + Automator addon

It is not only tiumblr that you should focus. You need different IPs from different domains, All high PA.
