Tier Builiding + Bought 2 SEO Tools

I bought 2 SEO tools , Scrapebox + GSA Search Engine Ranker. As I read online its saying build Tier pyramid, dont directly backlink to your own website (Tier1).

Can anyone please help me which tool should I buy for Tier Building? OR can anyone share easy steps to build Tier Pyramid?

Often people try out different strategies to rank.
Some go on with Manually building and Some people go with Tool.

I don't know about others, but what I do is:

Tier 1: Manually Written Article and Manual submissions.
Tier 2: Creating few Web 2.0 manually on High DA/PA sites.
Tier 3: Blog commenting blast with the help of GSA.

N' I am ranking good for keywords on Google, Yahoo & Bing.
Now working with Baidu as well

Its so much information on this, just google it.

Basically you point your tier 1 links to your money site, tier 2 links go to tier 1 and tier 3 links go to tier 2.

Yes they both are good imo,and what I suggest most is,GSA is better that gives always better result.
