Okay, so I have spent the best part of a week creating extremely high quality tier 1's. 15 web 2.0s with 2 x 500-600 unique articles on each. ALso created high quality bookmarks, profiles and doc sharing websites.

My question is, for tier 2, should I include 1 x link to tier one only or should I include 2 links and link to tier 2 and money site from tier 2?

    Thanks

Don't send tier 2 links to the money site. Keep them pointed at tier 1, and use a diverse range of naturalised anchors too. I often use 2 links to different tier 1 properties.

Get the whole mix looking as chaotic as possible; you do NOT want ordered, tidy and closed link-wheels. Also link out to other sites with your tier 2's. I know it's a wasted link, but it blurs the edges of the structure and stops the 'closed system' syndrome.

Make sure that your outbound anchors on the 1st tier aren't all keyword related; people often forget with their quality 1st tier sites and over-optimise on the keywords. Keep them natural looking like all links should be.

This is what I was thinking to be honest, but I just thought I would fire away with the question to be sure.
