Tier 2: GSA or RankWyz?

Question in the title. Which will be better for tier 2? I just want to rank my tier 1 (which I created manually) in top 100 google. Do you think GSA will do the trick?

If yes, what platforms I should use for tier 2? I see some people are doing tier 2 with MS and they are doing only web 2.0's and articles, that's what I'm curious about.

Both Are Good But I Use GSA..

2nd tier web 2.0, Social bookmarking, wiki and in 3rd tier blog comments, trackback and other links

What about Article for tier 2? I'm thinking this way: Do you think using GSA (article + web 2.0's + wiki) it will be as good as RankWyz? Then blast those with tier 3.

GSA can be used for tier 2 no problem and there is the bonus or creating a few projects that just feed tier 3 straight into your tier 2.

GSA FTW Here....

If you will use a good VPS with proxies and at-least 2 types of Cpacha services then GSA is the best for tier 2 backlinks, its all platforms are effective to create backlinks if you have fresh lists for submissions.

In my opinion, I find GSA a lot easier to crank out tiers due to the set it and forget it nature of the software. But whichever floats your boat lol.

I have used FCS for my tier1, however I've got the most of my tier1 suspended. I built my tier1, leave it 1 week and then started tier2 with GSA SER and spun content from SCM. I guess the suspension is due to the tier2, how many submissions/day per url would you suggest to avoid these suspensions?
