here's the story: me and my friend were moving some stuff from his old house to his new house... the house are relatively close so we were walking with the stuff on our hands. We also had 1 beer each (just the bottle, we had drinked the beer already) The cops stopped us at 12:20 (night) and searched for drugs/guns and nothing.. then they said we were gonna get a ticket for having a empty bottle of beer and we were under 21 so we cannot drink alcool. I was cool with that... he gave us the ticket and it says in the ticket: "Disorderly Conduct dragging a (large haul) throughout city street causing noise." idk wtf is a haul thou.. we were not making noise..and we were just walking with the stuff in out hands.. i had a baby seat and he had a umbrella. Can we do something about this ticket? i feel like this is not right what he did... the beer bottle was empty he has no proof that we drank it and he wrote that we was making noise and thats not true. any advice would help. its not the money its just the attitude he had, fckin cop btw this was in NJ, USA.
