Throw away hostgator hosting? Please Help

Does anyone know about how to get throw away hosting through hostgator or perhaps another provider? Does it require VCC and ip change etc?

I have a small list of 4k emails I'm sending to once a day and am currently getting my best inbox rates with HG. They sent me an email wanting more info though so perhaps it's time to move on.

In short, I'm looking for a way to get a new hostgator account everytime they close one down. I'm also looking for any other servers that have good inbox rate.
