OK first off - you guys are great. BHW folk have been very helpful.

Here is the deal - I have a list of 25,000 very targeted emails and am keen to get the best inbox rate I can. Long story short, I want to email them a service (live training package) that I am VERY confident they will find useful. Now, having done my research mostly on this forum - I have come up with the following options.

Which do you guys suggest or recommend? I guess my question is really more towards your experience. Thanks -

Option 1: Get a VPS, an SMTP Relay and something like Atomic Mail Sender
Option 2: Get a VPS, an SMTP Relay and install PHPList
Option 3: Go third party like socketlabs, mailchimp etc and have to deal with their questioning. Socketlabs.com have a $39 for 10,000 emails which seems decent.

I guess the bottom line is that I need to launder this list - and - many more over time so I need a reliable set-up.

All advice greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
