Thoughts on tools to find trending tiktok videos/music?

We are looking to build a tiktok leaderboard-like thing for currently trending videos, music, etc. You could see what gets the most view/like/etc in the past x days and the actual gained numbers as well. Probably also the historical data charts as well.

Is this something anyone would be interested in? The idea is that you can use it to find out the hottest topics and maybe follow the trend in your new posts.

Thoughts? How can it be more useful?

There is a site that tracks the top tiktok song of the week, a webiste like that but for trends would be 100% awesome.
 
It is less about how popular the song is and more about how does the song fit into the video. The rhythm should resonate with the events in the video (that's why dancing videos are really popular), because it makes the video snappy and very lively. Also, try to find a song that loops perfectly on the video. Aim to make a video that can be watched multiple times before scrolling away, TikTok algorithm loves that.
 
Knowing which trends are the hottest right now would be awesome for a free service

Not sure if you comment is allowed since its still advertising anyways, better check off with a Mod to avoid infractions.

Regardless, the platform seems very handy, I have a Tiktok service myself. Might find an use for your service.

Use that to find trending songs and then pick a song that's in the process of going viral but small enough that the really big creators haven't done it yet and you can potentially rank in the top ~25/30 videos
 
Seems like a promo post.

Op asked for opinion on Sept 5th.

He posted again on Sept 16th to say that he has built the tool.

That tool was actually released in June.
 
Well promo or not, the website works. And it's free. It's very limited, though.

If anyone has a better alternative, freel free to share. :)
