Can you link to that service? What sites does he use?

The thing about prweb I like is that I often see it rating high for various products, meaning that it has a good PR, good rating and if you post an article and do some backlinking, it will be ranked high pretty fast.
 
It's awesome! Really.. I have experienced more then 10 PRs distribution in prweb.com, Many of PRs are gone in google news as well..
