Did you got hit by the latest algo update by google? Please check your analytics and find out the average bounce rate for the site that got hit.
For those who don't know: bounce rate is the percentage of visitors who navigate away from your site without taking any actions (clicking to next page, checking affiliate link, clicking "show more" etc.)
My hypothesis is that in this algo update google relies heavily on user engagement data collected by google tracking on your page and/or telemetry data collected by chrome and google services in general on all android phones. It's not that they can really catch the AI content, it's just that people in general are pretty smart and they can smell the low quality AI content right away. What will happen? They click the back button in less than 10 seconds and it's one more nasty bounce in your analytics.
