    Hello all.

I?ve been lurking for over two years now. I?m glad I finally have some HQ content to share with you guys. I used this method for about 3 or 4 months last year, I quit because I started getting paranoid, haha. Most of you guys are more ballsy than me so I figured instead of sitting on this to share it with you guys, maybe someone can find motivation and take action.

This method (like all methods shared for free) can possibly become saturated. However because of the initial investment needed I doubt it will.

    ========
    You?ll need:
    A photo printer. I used a Pixma Pro 9000.
    Of course photo paper. I used 5 x 7 and 8 x 10.
Something to ship in. I used those cheap poly mailers from eBay.
Nude pixxx. I got mines from Reddit/*****/Tumblr
    =========
I also bough a heat sealer + heat gun + cardboard backing to give the appearance of professionalism. But this stuff isn't necessary.

So as you can probably infer. I was selling nude photos on eBay, haha. I was randomly searching the site for ideas when I stumbled upon the ?Everything Else? section. Long story short. I saw a few listings selling nude of various sizes from 4 x 6 on up. Thats when I decided to give it ago.

I used the bulk image downloader ZIG a free chrome extension. I went through TONS of different fetishes on Tumblrs and Reddit downloading every image. I think I downloaded about 35,000 images! Admittedly a bit overkill looking back.

From what I remember fat/chubby, teens, feet and fat pu**ies/big c*lts were the big ticket items. I sold mostly 5 x 7?s. I would list as BIN at a $4 price point. I never experimented with auctions.

After I had ~10 positive reviews I called eBay and they bumped up my selling limit to 500 items. IDK if I got lucky or what, but the person I talked to didn?t ask a lot of questions. I told him I licensed the photos from a friend who was in the XXX biz. They bought it, Hahaha.

On average about 30% of my listings sold. I know you did the math already. 30% of 500 is 150. 150 times $4 is only $600. Well you?re right. But where I got over is charging $4 for shipping too. For EVERY PHOTO ORDERED! Not just per order. I only had two people bitch about it out of all the customers. Most people would order 4 or 5 photos at a time. So as you can see the money adds up pretty fast.

As the title says. This method wont make you rich. In the few months I did this I made probably around $4500. Not bad for the < $350 I initially invested. Looking back if I had to do it again I would do the following different.

    1. I would have licensed my photos instead of ripping them. Because I would not have felt guilty/paranoid. Towards the ends I started worrying about what if I someone buys a photo of a person they knew. Because most of the photos was amateur stuff ripped from Tumblr/Reddit I had no clue what the consequences would be if the wrong person bought. You can license nudes from a ton of places online. Shop around.
    2. SET UP MY OWN WEBSITE. << This is my biggest regret. All of my repeat customers asked If I had a website. But I didn't, I'm sure if I had my own site I could have been WAYYY more profitable. I would have used eBay for my customer acquisition then refer them to my site.

This whole experience taught me two valuable lessons: 1. Just because it's free doesn't mean someone wont pay for it. 2. There is still money in the adult industry. I laugh when I see threads saying XXX isn't profitable.

Anyways that's about it for this thread. I'll be sharing other methods in the coming weeks. Ask any question in the thread instead of PM so everyone can see. (plus I can PM yet anyways because of my post count.) Thanks for reading.

You hit the nail on the head with Ebay for customer acquisition and your own website for long-term sales but as you also noted, this is pretty risky due to the method used to source those photos.

Cool share, it's definitely something at least a few users are going to run with.

They are a lot of girls out there who are willing to sell their nudes online. Sad but true.

So partner up with one instead of using someone elses you found online.

Craigslist has a lot of pervs so that's another site where you can drive from. But I'm not going to talk deep into to it for obvious reasons. :p

This is a great post, seems like an obvious money maker if you'd have scaled up like you say. Such a simple method too. You're definitely right about the licensing though, I'd have got legit pics as soon as I started seeing a profit. Good though mate, cheers for sharing.

You know thats one angle I didnt think about. It would be very very smart to buy direct from the girls themselves. You get to keep the amateur appeal that most of the licensing sites don't seem to have.

Adult only? I thought he was referring to "Everything else" category ....?

About the method, well it is out-of-the-box and in fact I never thought about it.
But also I am not sure about this. At first, when I look at everything else category, the only things listed for "nude photos" I see are vintage photos or photos of a professional model, I do not see any pics that could be from reddit, torrents etc

Next, you said you listed them for $4. From this $4 you have to pay for ink, for paper, for envelope, for postage, for ebay fees, for paypal fees. So what remains?!
E.g. I have a poto printer and when printing in HQ ink is empty in no-time, a full set of ink cartridges will cost me $75. Then paper, envelopes, shipping labels etc, you need to sell quite a lot to make this money back, let stay to make profit.
Also, are there really that much people who are paying for a nude photo and looking for this on ebay? When you can get gazillions of free nude photos at every turn of the internet?!

If you read it again it says the customer also pays $4 for shipping. So it's a total of $8 per photo. If you can't print and ship one photo for $8 you have major problems.

well, who is going to pay $8 for a single photo when he can get tons of them for free on 10000s of sites on the internet???
also $4 shipping for a small letter? they are really willing to pay this? I cannot speak for other people but I definitely would not ....
also, on everything else category I do not see any photo in the style OP described it. would really like to see a sample listing for this

or he sold on adults only category? well, then it is of no use for me because I cannot even access this category. even when changing IP I can't so I think they will check through registered ebay address or something. Just another shitty and useless ebay policy again, law for adults material in my country is even less restrictive than in USA so why do they block me

Bravo to the OP for sharing this. While some may voice an opinion which finds as many faults in this method as possible I feel the OP deserves credit for sharing this.

While the method won't be to every members taste and the exact method, step by step, may not be available for everyone to do that does not mean it should be shot down in flames as written off.

The OP has handed you the base line of a method that you hadn't thought of before so now you should be asking yourself what you can do to improve the method and make it different to the original.

You can't access the adult section of eBay?
Fine, your first step is to find a way around that and/or find a different site to sell the pics from.

You're worried about ripping pics from another site?
The your next step is to post ads as an adult modeling agency looking to buy/license pics of models who pose for you.

You think the last step there is too much hassle?
Cool, move along and find a different method to make money.

You don't feel comfortable charging $4 postage per pic?
Great, charge less then and sleep better at night.

It takes as much energy to think of an excuse not to do something as it does to think of a way around the problem. Which option choose to spend you energy is on your choice. Never discount an idea just because you don't think it will work. Instead of that, test that idea, you may just surprise yourself....and make some money in the process too.

well, the biggest problem is I cannot access this section. Browsed now for an hour through various sites with no solution, nobody seems to know why access is restricted for some members and ebay themselves won't tell in their "help".
I think they go for registered address. I cannot change my address to a (fake) US address due to obvious reasons.
If it only was about age, I do not know how they want to check my age if they do not ask for a copy of my id.

Using a different site also is not a good idea, because a. there is NO site that gets the traffic ebay gets. All other auction sites are just a waste of time, you won't make a dime there. And due to the nature of the item, adult pictures, this isn't even allowed for selling on most sites.

Also about charging $4 for sending a photo, well it does not only depend on how you will sleep at night, the main problem is that ebay can punish you for overcharging with shipping, also if they would not, there will be for sure buyers leaving lowest dsr or even negative feedback.

Thanks for sharing the method, OP.

I wasn't even aware people sold photos on eBay. Guess I never thought about it, but there are probably ways to switch this up a bit and sell other types of photos if someone does not want to get into the whole nude thing for one reason or another.

Have been done something similar on CL long time ago, but seems hard nowadays, since it's hard to get in to CL, if you're from outside US.

PS: I was not delivering anything physical, but digital.
