Was watching an YouTube channel. The guy ordered mobile from a reputed eCommerce website but recieved some cheap product inside box instead of mobile. His channel only had videos related to this. With 3-4 videos he got about 500k subscribers. Not bad for 6-8 hours of work. I do not encourage this especially taking such incident.

Only a matter of time until website legal team files complaints against this youtuber for posting fake videos trying to tarnish reputation.

He did not post fake. It actually happened to him. He was smart to make good videos about this and post on YouTube.

Another way to monetize this is making follow up videos where you promote your own store where you finally found a good alternative to the big product (don't mention it's your store, just find a similar product from aliexpress and make a dropshipping setup). If it's done right, you can generate massive traffic to the dropshipping store.

I had a video going super viral , related to Lebron James
Sports Illustarted even had me front page

Nike got that video removed.............. Youtube couldn't even give me a reason.

Didnt hurt my channel as I already had videos with million of views

But it made me realize.................. YouTube doesnt play fair anymore

I think just a contact
It was a parody video of an event that happened in basketball
I had a friend contact me, who looks like lebron james, asking me to do it...... was a great idea... we got the video done same day as the rumor leaked

The way it was pulled made it clear YouTube doesn't care about YouTubers to an extent.. at least at tha ttime... like 2014-ish
