Hello Friends,

We are owed a large amount of money approximately 20k from a marketing/CPA company. The company keeps telling me THEY WILL PAY US. Monday they will be approximately 3 weeks pass due. We have a relationship of about 2 months. They started off paying us fine. We moved up in increments and this is for a full 2 weeks payment.

I would like to believe them but I do have a plan of action if they do not pay. We are willing to work this out with the company if only they would show some integrity and communicate a payment plan to us. We are in this not only for the money but for the betterment of society.

I do not know if this firm has the same vision as us but I believe for them to be successful they might start seeing things our way.

I would like to ask for you input and ideas so all can use, so that we are not taken advantage of by people that we give our product to. One mistake like this could possibly ruin a business of a person that otherwise should strive. I will do my best not let this happen to myself. Asking for you help.

I feel with you bro, I get pissed off to be taken for granted for a work I have done and don't get paid in a timely manner.. and in your situation it's a whole lot of money involved.

I understand that you're trying to settle things peacefully with them, but it's happened before with other CPA companies, so let this company's name resound through this thread like wolves howl, maybe it will draw their attention (and I'm sure it will).

Ok, I believe this to be an option. At this point I have a multi phase plan to gain leverage in every manner I can think of.

I have hired a business attorney before this to work on contracts. To be able to have him work on this matter without cost upfront, you need to find an attorney who believes in your case then they will agree to be paid after you collect. This can take an amount of time though, so I would like to have leverage in more manner than one.

Have any of you been in these situations and actually been paid? I am not a weak person and I believe they do not want this to go into phase 2. I have the ability to take make a huge impact on their business. I wish to do this gracefully because if I bankrupt them I do not believe they will be paying us anyway lol.

I have now made contact with the CEO, the toughest part is we will work with these guys to make it work almost beyond reason. Almost everything tell me so far they haven't done. They tell me someone will contact me today. They don't. They tell me someone will give me a call. They don't. I have trouble believing this companies integrity with what they do tell me because they do not have their word. I have taken out my last name and changed the name of the company on the above skype log. I have lots more of this but I wished to show you guys this is happening. 20k+ everytime I think about this it almost can make me sick. I believe that a lot of people will feel the same way as me.

Ok. In most cases, if your traffic/leads don't convert on advertiser's end, they usually don't want to pay. In bigger companies, you always optimized off from promoting the offer. In other compaines, they may not pay your money. My advice is don't work with small cpa companies.

That is very professional of you.

Try working out a deal with them so if they owe you 20k, ask them to at least send you 3-5k. I think that is the only way they can prove their claims of paying you the full amount.
And if they refuse to send even that, I'd initial some kind of legal action.

I mean if they're a decently sized company, they MUST have middle five figures in reserve, right?

If I were them, I would send you some money to win your trust back and then do my best to work things out fast. 20k is fairly big volume for one affiliate and I would NOT want to lose such affiliates.

Well if that was the case, then the company would simply ban the OP and state it clearly that the bad quality of leads is hurting their reputation.

They haven't banned him and from the chat logs posted above, it sounds like the leads weren't bad either and they did back out for the advertisers so I see no reason not to pay the OP the due amount.

If they're having troubles with their advertiser, that is their problem, not their affiliates'.

Ohh these leads converted 7% on first pass through is very high. There is no question about our leads they are the best in the business. I know how much they get paid from their schools. I know they made money.

I too loved the way you didn't mentioned the name of the company yet.
Problems do occur with everyone and they might be facing some as well.
But since the amount is 20k, ask them to send 25% or 50% of the total amount to ensure that they are real.

And if they still deny to do it, get ready with the legal stuff. And secondly, if they are not getting paid by their advertisers or the advertisers have scammed them or anything similar, its all their problem and not yours and you must get paid.

The thing about this is I feel they are just not trying to pay us. I have given them options to set up a payment plan with a minimal amount of payment a week. They keep telling me this is what they need but then do not make a step forward for the payment plan.

We still have leads and they want them. I would like to help their business as well. This is a great cause and we can really make a difference in society. More than they realize.

The toughest part in this all is I know I can not keep my relationships with my partners and friends unless I do the best to keep my word. With things as simple as a phone call. Small things and this leads to bigger things. They then trust me so if something comes up. I tell them and they understand but with these guys 'How can I believe anything they say, when they don't even follow through on the small things, or even seem like they are making an attempt to?'

This company does not seem like they share this value. I can not understand how they can stay in business. "Do you guys deal with a lot of people that seem like they tell you something just so they won't do it?"

Sueing is an option, but this can take sometime. Up to 2 years and how it is explained to me in order to collect on their assets you need to be in the same state. But I tell you if we are not paid then I will work with my lawyer to find a lawyer in their city to do this. I have told them that they can pay us 2500 a week. There is no reason for them to not be able to do this that I can figure out. They have to pay to keep their business alive.

One thing I know about the internet is it can be a place for people to try to scam and not pay others. This can happen. So we as Marketers need to stay together and be strong on these companies that seem as though their "Motto" Topo" To only pay once". We have to let people know if you wish to make it in this business you need to have some integrity and respect for your fellow man. Especially this being a business. They absolutely can not do this and survive as a business.
We do not want this to happen. I like what they do for the United States. I believe we are really making a difference. I will go to a lot of means to make this doable for this company.

I will tell you PPC campains convert on great days at 10%. These are quality leads. They are real generated internet leads as described with time stamps. This is approx -->We have been doing business with this company for about 7 weeks. They knew what they were getting. They have paid us about 7k so far over the first 4 weeks. When I look back it was not easy to get them to pay this on time either.

Take screen shots from your account, Your balance and number of leads... your payment history + your account information. They may ban your account or completely remove it from their system.

Then you need to find a collecting money agencies in their country. if They are in US, you should find in their State.

Search in google following term . Money Collecting California ( if they are in california)
open the first top 10 result
and in contact us page, contact them.
3 out of 10 will answer your email.

I suggest you to work with the money collecting companies that Doesn't ask for upfront money

The ones that ask for a % are great. any thing below 20-25% fee sounds great.
It may take up to one month , depends on how tough the CPA company owner is.. but if he wants to be in business he needs to pay you, otherwise these guys keep harassing their employees or their advertisers until they give up and pay you

Start buying some domains with this particular CPA company's name in it. Like "companysucks.com" and "companyscam.com". Tell them that the domains have been bought and their future actions will determine what you intend to do with the domains.
