Being as tho I retired from the black hat scene, I figured I'd share this golden nugget with you all. You can build a sustainable residual income that you can duplicate over n over, some knowledge is required, which is why i'm not worried about it becoming saturated, many who read this will not follow through.

The secret here, is developing small, local niche directories.

You'll need a webhost, a domain, a script, email harvester and mailer.

  1. First get your website and domain set up like www.albanylawyers.com or www.texaslawyers.com ( google richest cities, or most populated cities )
  2. Install wordpress on the domain.
  3. Install this theme, or a similar one.
    Code:
    http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-special-offers-forum/635565-warrior-special-offer-day-600-sold-wp-local-places-local-business-directory-theme.html
Or get it here for free:
    Code:
    http://www50.zippyshare.com/v/71952381/file.html
  4. Once your website is created, and you have the theme installed, the next thing you need to do is fill it with data. In order to get that csv of business data download the Localiz3r L3ad T00l here:
    Code:
    http://localizerleadtool.com/
OR, get it here for free:
    Code:
    http://www10.zippyshare.com/v/74108695/file.html
Within [email protected], use the search function to find businesses in your city that you are targeting. The export the CSV file and import it into the theme.

Now your site is done. It's set up to take monthly payments for listings ( there are different routes you can go with that ..free at first, pay for featured or all pay ) I'm sure you'll want to tweak it, but that's on you. Moving on.

After you're site is up and ready, the next step is traffic generation.

There are three methods here to get traffic.

#1 Craigslist. Fire up a Craigslist harvester, and collect emails and then mail them telling them about your directory in a sneaky way.

Hey, i was looking into your business, but I couldn't find any reviews on yelp or www.texaslawyers.com about you. Do you know where I can find some?

#2 Find that cities/states chamber of commerce website, this will list a lot of good companies willing to pay, as they pay $100's a year to be listed. They may have an edirectory, use an email harvester to collect the data and then email them. Outwit has a good one for $40.

#3 Use the localizer tool again, and cold call them up.

Once you've been successful in one city, Link to your new cities, and create a network and rinse and repeat. There are thousands of cities, and more countries, think UK, USA, EUROPE.

Notes:
In order to call them up, you're going to want to SEO your website so you can sell them on being listed. Offer people something of value, and they will continue to pay you.

Months down the road, you can then SELL your site on Flippa and make thousands based on your current monthly revenue.

This is literally spoon fed if you get to read it 3 times, as I just did and realized. Might sound like a lot of things to set up, but I'm pretty sure that only the first time it might take a bit more time. It does require some investition (more or less) in case you want to relie on other and personal traffic methods, but parts of this whole method (which is a bit similar to others, but not the same) can be outsourced and fasten the project.

I can see a lot of twists added in here, thanks for the game plan kayzne!

I did a similar service to this, but I think this twist will make it more effective.

One thing I would say worked for me well was, I use a software I purchased to scrape thousands of leads every few hours. It scrapes their phone number, address, email, website. I use it for all my offline client needs.

Sell a site on Flippa when I could continue getting monthly recurring income from hundreds of different companies? No thanks

The actual problem with this method is finding the related domain. Because most of the domains are already taken. Is there any place to find available domains with the bulk keyword combination?

Not really, the domain hardly matters. Just get creative.

great share.

for those that wants to claim this is old and that you can't find any related domain.

Well just stop making excuses!

I live in a large city in North America and I did a quick search in a profession mentioned in the video, and the damn domain name is available...

so I don't buy the argument that domain name is not available, and all other crap.

Want to make money? Well you got to work for it!
