    On a side note: It's funny how the United States is trying to "neutralize" these other nations having nuclear weapons, but yet we still have the largest stockpile of nuclear bombs, or close anyways. And how we spend about 1.2 trillion each year on our "defense budget"

    If not the US, it would be a European country or some other country which would lead to pretty much the same thing the US is doing (unnecessary wars, "spreading democracy", taking what they want with out a care to those affected, etc.).

    I doubt humans will ever see a time where some country isn't leading.

    Now I know why the character was named Vivi on FFIX (FF9). Makes total sense now.
