Basically what this articles says is

1) No 1 Like= 1 Salute or 1 Share = 100 solutes; Hit "Like" if you feel the same kind of shit any more. Thank God. Gives genuine social media marketers the rightful edge they deserve.

2)No multiple posting of the same link again and again. Good thing for the users that are always updated with the latest on FB.

3)No spammy gallery sites that takes you to a fresh page everytime you want to see the next picture. Hate those myself.

So much bullshit in this sentence. There will always be a few users who flag any post as spam even if its not. It's just nature for 1 person to get pissed off at something. You can't please everyone. As a result everyone will start to see their reach declining no matter how good the content they post. No pages do not deliberately try to game the News Feed, everyone is getting less distribution than they normally would.
