The boy will claim insurance (if he has one) for showing how he was pulled to the middle of the road by the driver and then was banged head on in full day light. The insurance company agent will deny him 1 cent, asking to show him why he got not a single scratch on his scrotum. But they will offer him $1,000 each for every serious scrotal injury they inflict on him. The boy will disagree to it, I guess.
The car diver will claim compensation claiming that the boy hit him purposefully and damaged his car paint. The insurance agebt will deny anything to him, will call police and hand both to them while telling him that there are no burnt tyre marks on the road, so without attempting to brake his car and stop it, he must have tried to kill the boy -- attempt to murder charge and cheating the insurance company. The option will be to let him burn the car, and give him full insurance amount and take back (by the agent, not the insurance company) 85% of it.
P.S.:
Result: the driver accepts the proposal. He at least gets 15% of a car. Or he has to go to jail, may be for 150 years, on an attempt to murder charge. The camera man is planted by the insurance agent, gets 25% from the driver's, and 15% from the insurance agent's share. If the cameraman is the wife of the agent, then the agent gets only 5% of his share.
Moral: Don't marry a photographer if you an insurance agent.
