    Hey guys,

I have a question regarding a possible client who ranks in a (bad) press article in position 1 when his name is googled. My plan was to backlink other websites (in positions 2, 3 and so on) but I would also like to copy-paste the press article ranking 1 in which his name is mentionned, and publish it on hundreds other blogs in order to make some duplicate content. It should start going down I guess.

The only problem is: the article has been published on the most famous newspaper in my language. The kind of media that is so famous that it has 70+ of trust and citation on Majesticseo, 27 millions of backlinks and 105'000 referring domains, with referring domains from many other media websites, universities and governments. My plan could not be good enough to have this article going down...

The good point, the name of this person is not in the URL or the title of the URL: it is mentionned once only in the article.

Is there a service somewhere that could publish for me this article on hundreds of web 2.0's ? Is it a good plan ?
    Thank you for your advices

    Hasta luego

That sounds like a bad idea and would probably only fill the first ten pages of Google up with more info on your client. Negative seo will only work on low level sites that are easy to take down, try it with a respected authority site and you have no chance. Theres only ten spots on the front page surely you can fill them all with positive news of your client ?

Thank you for answering so fast!
Oops, I have forgotten an important detail: my plan was to copy paste the article but to remove 2 little words: the first and last names of my potential client before publishing it many times...

You are not going to duplicate content that away. You will just be syndicating the article.
