Otherwise you can have a group under fanpage or as an influencer or active moderated group owner. And send traffic from these sources.
I think other ways don't exist.
But you could also send from some apps on Google store for example.
Now pay 50 influencers some 10% commission post factum from 2nd tier countries and you're good to get 100k likes.
