a) Create a personal wallet
b) Send your coins to your own wallet. Identify the recipient: YOURSELF
c) Send your coins from your wallet to anyone else.

According to the IRS crypto is not currency but an asset so it can't be money laundering because its not money.The IRS is making up rules as it goes.

Cryptocurrencies are a threat to regular banks. Of course countries will try to regulate it, they want full control of your money.
