In my country the government have blocked personal payments through PayPal. Apparently they want to avoid money laundry. Sure block Paypal personal payments, It's like the only way people could laundry money, close the least used door and keep the main gate open ¬¬ It might seem not a big deal but most sellers at forums only accept personal payments because they are affraid of chargeback scams. Time to throw some stones at the river.
What country do you live in? That really sucks, since I pretty much use my Paypal (connected to bank account) for everything I buy/sell.
