We never know the real financial condition of the person. He might have been affected a lot by it.
the guy must be losing his mind, you can see today he bought again 18 bnb and transfered it from kucoin to his wallet and bet all of it and lost it instantly

When I invest in any bsc project, I always track the whales or the top wallet addresses, I do this cuz I want to be safe and know when to exit exactly. So this is not me spying on him it is just I was playing this prediction game and applied my habit of tracking whales contracts lol
