Hi, I'm thinking buy a pirate domain name with a good keyword, but I'll do the reverse. "The reverse" what do you will do? I'm sure you are asking what I that?

Is very simple, I'll buy a good domain name like (downloads or other something) and I'll put keywords of downloads, free on title. Basicly i'll copy movies and tv shows information like IMDB, images etc, just like pirate sites have.

And what i'll do in the end? I'll put affialiate links to buy the movie, or tv show, or to subscribe to something to watch legitimately, basically is doing the reverse. People will think "Woow, finally I found a movie for free" but when they go to my website, there willn't have any links to download the movie, but a affialiate link.

It will increase my earnings, because people thinks my website will contain any piracy content, but in the truth it won't have it.

It can put me on trouble? I'll use a old domain from old pirate website, that currently he dropped the domain, now I catched the domain.

So my idea, is earning with "fake download" there willn't have any piracy content, but yes a linking for buy a movie, software what ever. The problem is, I'm copying description and puting titles like "download for free"

It can generate DMCA Complaints, but there willn't have any dmca content unless description and images, no storage, no linking to download, only affialiate.

Just like other affialiate website, but using piracy, pirate keywords to attract more traffic and earning money. I can have any legal problem!? Like I said. I don't will storage anything or linking.

This will be a legal affialiate website, but I can receive dmca complaints due to keywords on the title. That is the first reason to create this post.

Using brand or anything copyrighted in domain will get you in trouble. Doesn't matter if you are linking to aff links only.

How I can get in trouble? If don't will host & storage anything, I'll only linking to legal affiliate market (like themeforest, elegantthemes, web hosting) there willn't any link or file to illegal software, themes or other something.
The problem is the domain keyword, it attracts "pirates" but there willn't have any pirated content, only affialiate link is like "fake pirate website" to be honest.

This literally has to be a troll post. So your plan is to make it look like your doing pirated movies / shows? and your going to make everyone who goes to the site mad intentionally? to make a few dollars? When if any of them flag and say you had the real download link your in real trouble if they trace it? I'd honestly never recommend anything like that. You'll get sued for copyright so hard.

Using brand names or something copyrighted in the site name can be a trouble, transform them.

OP it will probably be a waste of time, people looking for pirated or free movies are unlikely to purchase said movies from your affiliate link.
You might make a few sales but probably won't be worth the effort and cost in dealing with hosting/domain issues because of DMCA

If someone is looking for a pirated movie, 99.9999% of the time they’re going to keep looking until they find it instead of buying it.

Out of a hundred individuals looking for pirate content - how many do you honestly believe will end up buying the film/software?

Have you run any tests, or thought this through before you sink money into it?

If you're adamant of going ahead with this project, I'd refrain from using affiliate links for the reasons mentioned above; (1) If someone is looking for an online stream for a movie, you're highly unlikely to get a sale from them, and (2) Depending who your affiliate is, you run the risk of getting banned. I see many scum websites that do exactly what you mention but advertise through pop-ups and sidebar widgets. Again, this will probably be against the advertising companies terms of service, and will more than likely get you banned. Getting accepted by affiliate and advertising companies isn't as easy as it used to be, especially if you've been banned prior. If you know anyone offering an IPTV-type service with an affiliate scheme, this might be your best bet. You can maybe look at parasite websites, and with half-decent advertising ("1,000+ Live Channels, Movies, Sports, Boxsets all for $30 per month") and some traffic, you have nothing to lose then.

You could always serve up a movie of static after they complete a content locker... I've done it, works for awhile then they call you out on forums for serving shitty movies and the traffic basically dries up.

Don't copywrite the things you can do by addings links on it....
