Nobody's outing anyone. This account is recognized by Twitter as autonomous

The point is that everybody is trying to hide their bots from being banned and this one is operating freely. Perhaps if we study it we can do the same

I doubt it's a bot looking at the recent activity. How do you 'know' it's recognized by twitter as a bot? Is there a list where you can look up which accounts are recognized as bots? Or is it just a guess?

I don't see why it is a bot? The account owner engages, doesn't constantly retweet from certain hashtags or users. I'm confused?

This genuinely doesn't looks like a Bot, See his tweet from Dec 13 where he says I'm not a bot. Didn't understand why you would try to out someone?
If you really want to understand how Twitter differentiate bots from normal activity, hop on to Python, use some Numpy and visualize the data. There's a good lecture on it by Stanford Open video course. Don't have the link right now.

Lol, it does look pretty weird, but they can also be people who really have too much time and just sit there and write these weird tweets.
Especially that F everyword, LOL, probably just looking down the dictionary and tweeting it.

The netflix one seems like, he has it linked up to another social media account or something, so whenever he uploads to wherever he does, it automatically tweets it out for him also.
