THIRD try to find writer. C'mon, guys.

but then check the basic english skill test and you will get the point. when actually using the language and you cannot find the answer by copy and paste in google they suck..

so have them give you a sample because a lot of them wont even bother to write an awesome article for that and you can already see they suck. if the sample is good have thme write 200 words or so on something random to see if they are still good. last but not least write on skype. if it takes them long to answer , chances are they use google translate. good luck

Other thing i did once- do you know examiner.com- reputable site with big ammount of usa traffic and their own writers team, go there- find article your niche that you like then connect with a writer who added this article/review- ussually they have email or IM to connect. I ordered mine for $10 but sure you can drop price for long time terms
