not sure what your question is (whether the domain name is good, or your plan is good), but I will answer to both options...
1) the domain is so and so (not good, but not bad either). If you like it, that's all that matters
2) you seem newbie, and for a newbie to get into the nutrition niche is close to suicide. I mean, I assume you intend to rank in google with this website, and if that's the case prepare to have sleepless nights and pour 10s of 1000s of $$$ into your site before you rank.
If you intend to roll with this niche at least buy an expired or non-dropped domain that has age and trust with Google, otherwise you will be fighting a very hard to climb hill as nutrition falls into the YMYL category of sites, and google has strict requirements for YMYL sites.
Either this, or - if you know how - use black hat SEO, although I'd wager that even the BH stuff will cost you an arm and a leg.... I don't intend to demoralize you from building this site up into a successful project (everyone should be free - and encouraged - to pursue their dream), all I'm saying is that if you rely on google to get traffic in this niche you might not get the desired results before your patience and funds run out
Now, if you do intend to use other sources of traffic (social media, forums, PPC, magazines, etc) I think you'll be way better off in going that route. And who knows, when you become big and popular enough google will remember what a big whore they are and they will reward you with free traffic and conversions just like they do with a lot of big budgeted sharks...
