My site is a 1yr old PR2 .info domain that is number 4 for its main keyword.

The main keyword gets 14,800 exact searches per month and gets 400+ UV per day.

It is monatized with a cpa locker and adsense

Last month, I got $100 from cpa and $30 adsense

    It also has 1400+ backlinks

    So guys

How much should I expect on flippa?

    Should I just keep it?

    My guess would be $500-600.

It's hard to say without looking at it. If the traffic is consistent and has a history of being so and is generated organically then you can get about 5-6 months on flippa what it makes per month.

Take your average monthly earnings and multiply it by 10, that's the approximate amount it's worth I have heard...

Just from what I've personally seen, I think you'll get 1-3k. But I think you should ask someone more experienced, maybe on the appropriate forum for site flipping.

    Best of luck!

Flippa buyer are increasingly cautious. I have seen prices really fall down lately. I think people have burned on there alot.

Flippa is not selling for much these days. It takes a lot to sell an adsense site too! Goodluck!

Multiples below the $10k level are always quite unpredictable as sites at that level usually don't have too much history and are easy to reverse engineer. Cheaper to copy than buy. There's also loads of crap listed on Flippa these days which also brings average multiples down.

As sites get older, bigger and make more - they are harder to reverse engineer and thus, people are willing to pay more.

It's also summer so sales are generally a little bit slower. Tends to pick up again in September. I haven't seen too much slow down, but I have private clients so not really worried about the recreational buyers you tend to find on Flippa.
