I recently moved to an area of the USA where the housing market is growing extremely quickly and it is one of the most moved to places in the US. Condo’s, Apartment Complexes, and houses are being built every week. And there is a noticeable garbage problem. My plan is to get a CDL, a front loader and the necessary permits to start getting accounts and start my own trash company. Has any had experience doing something like this? I would love to talk about it with you.

I think you'd have better luck here talking about the internet marketing side of this business which is definitely a viable opportunity

I appreciate the check on that. I forgot to add that in there. What I was really trying to ask was how someone would get accounts. And create an online presence

Yeah ton of expirience, cleaning my brother's shit for already 19 not getting paid, also it's called The Dunretars

You need to interact with people doing such businesses already in other areas . Here people are more interested in internet related work.

There was one journey I have read here related to local services. I do not remember the exact service.. Maybe it was related to apartment cleaning or trash collection or related..

That person was doing great.

Try to search journey section.

I think you can get info about all the permits from Google.

Meanwhile you can create a simple website for same or get your listing on Google maps.

The trash collecting (carting) industry has no mobsters in it to regulate it at all.

Or, maybe it does.
That would probably depend on where you are located. Back in the day I used to dumpster dive once in a while. You always find some really good stuff that stores just throw away. But it's illegal now in California. I'd call the state a mobster here.

Few ways I'd like to see this go;

Garbage collection to scrapyard.
Scrapyard to recyclers.
Skips for removing garbage to scrapyard.
Buy a flat-backed van. Repeat with cars.
Buy a bigger van, do it with furniture.

This is one of those that you can monopoly... Some dickhead in my town I swear he must be making tens of thousands a week.

Collecting and re-using "waste"... Collected my mouldy Peugoet 206 for $50 and I was supposed to get a certificate of destruction... Definitely just got the mold out and resold for $750+... I paid him to remove it cause it was more abused than me... He got a hoover at it and made ~$800
