I've been browsing and trying to use the heck out of the search button about this, but I wanted to know any tips or warnings about doing the drop shipping on these sites? I was reading some people accounts were banned or warned, and I have experience selling through ebay (small scale), and I have good feedback between both services, so the last thing I would like to have is a ban or suspension.

So my question is, is dropping a good method to get into to make a couple 1000 extra each month? I intend on selling alot on my niche I found, but I dont want to end up with my personal paypal, amazon, or ebay accounts messed up because of it.

I would like to hear your thoughts about it.

It is always better to obtain the items first (out of pocket), then send. If you are drop shipping and your items are coming across seas from a different country, it will be nothing but a headache.

I would make sure you had a full system in place. Amazon will not tolerate a mistake(strict) and even though Egay is 90% replicas, drop shipping is against the rules...then throw in PP

I have a system in place where I make $$$-$$$$/wk. I outsourced it to the girlfriend two years ago, because I don't have the time for it. I just get the items before hand. To many headaches drop shipping on auction sites, unless its a tested product and company.

I do though have a website, that is listed with my user name on Egay, and when the customers order from Egay and travel to my website that is when I drop ship of course.

    My 2 cents.

Don't worry that much, as long as you have money to refund someone from his/her loses it won't get that serious. But if you intend to start drop shipping with $0 in you paypal I'd suggest you find another method for now. E.g:

    - I get $100 for a phone
    - I give $75 to another seller for the same phone
    - That seller scams me.
    - You need to pay that $100 back to him (You'd still probably get a neg feedback, but you won't be reported)

So what you are saying is I can't do this on ebay, but it is fine to do it through amazon (I won't get suspended or anything like that)? I probably intend to sell around 30-40 products this month to start, and I have about 2-3 items laying around the house + extra money set aside to get started. And I intended on working with only US stores due to issues with overseas vendors.

And Nerrvana thanks for the advice. If you could help throw some pointers to me or PM me a little more insight thanks.
