I still love the American woman I married over 16 year ago! Despite the ups and downs, and there have been many, it was the best decision of my life. That said marriage is like any other institution, it all depends on the inmates!

I have a choice of either marrying a women or a man,which should I do. I'm playing as a man right now,but might switch to a chick in new game.

The best advice anyone can give you about marriage is this
DO NOT MARRY AN AMERICAN WOMAN!
It's ok to date them and have fun with them but they are the lowest quality wives on earth. They will divorce you and take half your bank in 5-10 years (just look at the divorce stats).
Marry a russian, filipino, latina, just do not marry an American born woman.

You will for sure have to work harder = will need more money, will have to make sacrafices = forget about doing what you like, work on developing extreme patience = you will always be wrong.. other than that I say go ahead and have fun

My wife and I have been together for 6 years now. We have a great relationship. I like being married. That being said there are a few things I would suggest before taking the plunge.
First I would suggest that you live with each other for a while first. There is nothing worse than thinking you know someone, move in with them, and figure out you can't stand them. Second, I got married when I was 32. I think people should wait until they are older. I think too many young people get married way too young. All of my friends who got married young are now divorced. I know a lot of people's situations are different, so obviously there are many exceptions. But from my experience and what I have witnessed around me, this is the advice I would give.

Yes It was a video game I am talking about. In skyrim you can get married as one of the side events to do.
