What do i say on the bank, when they ask where they should send their Bank statements? I live outside US so i don't really have a clue, and i doubt they will send it to my home country which is located in Europe

I'm no expert in this, but are you sure that you can open a bank account in the US as a non-US resident, so without actually having an SSN?

And i'm also not sure, if the regular, paper-based statement is a necessity nowadays. You can get your statements electronically either by accessing your account via the online interface of the bank or i guess even by email, so i'd think you can opt out from the regular, paper-based statements entirely.

If you get a Job in the USA it's possible, have a friend that got one for some years back. Otherwise forget about it, so many threads here on BHW and many other places about the same it's not possible.

Only valid solution that have been found is stripe.com/atlas but this is a setup under management of Stripe do you really trust some BHW member to manage your bank account?!

Do payoneer not offer something like this.... I could be wrong but I'm sure they do.

    Yup, they do:

Funny how you have no clue. Whilst it may be true the founder of Stripe were registered to BHW(I've no idea), Stripe is valued as of now 3500milions. They're backed from the most respectable investors in the world.
Whilst I'm not advocating to open a bank account or not with them, 'cause I did not, and don't need to, you can't say 'trust a bhw member'. You may say trust an "unicorn" of a company backed (and therefor) owned from the most reputable investors in the world.

Umm i wonder if it is possible to have multiple Payoneer accounts with my real name in all of them. I don't think Payoneer accepts that

That's somewhat different. It's just a virtual account to receive funds from US companies even if you're outside the States and has limited usage.

    https://pubs.payoneer.com/files/tc/TermsPayoneerUSPaymentService.pdf

"PLEASE NOTE: THE US PAYMENT SERVICE IS NOT A BANK ACCOUNT IN THE UNITED STATES AND AS SUCH FUNDS RECEIVED ON YOUR BEHALF ARE NOT FDIC INSURED."

When i say limited, it's really limited:
    - you can only use it for receiving payments (ACH transfers) from those US companies which are approved by Payoneer
    - you can't link it with PayPal anymore (OP posted this in the eBay section, so i'm guessing he is planning to link the bank account with PayPal, i might be wrong with this though)
    - no outbound transfer of funds
    - Payoneer reserves the right to reject or limit payments at any time at its sole discretion

This Payoneer/Paypal has been discussed so many times, and someone say it is possible while the others say it is not possible anymore. So i clearly haven't got an answer for this, and yes i'm thinking about linking it with PP

Yes, it didn't work for me when i tried. Being able to link the two is more like the exception nowadays than the rule. I think there's only one case when it's still possible and that's if your PayPal account is US based, maybe your Payoneer account too. I have an EU PayPal account, so i'm unable to do it. If you linked the accs before this limitation were set, it might still work though. I guess it's to make money laundering harder. Payoneer was directly linked to a high profile assassination before, when a Hamas leader was killed by Mossad agents and Payoneer cards were used in relation to the murder, Payoneer try or tried to get rid of this image and appear as clean, as transparent as possible.

To enable the US Payment Service with Payoneer, you need to submit your passport or government issued id, so without committing a serious offense, you are able to have only one Payoneer account with the US Payment Service on your name. Although you can make an account for every family member. :) But as i said, it has limited use, so it might not worth it in your case at all.

Say you're an illegal alien and some banks will let you open accounts with either consular ID or passport.

Go to Silicon Valley and open a bank account there. Many local banks are more than willing to do it since they know how many big businesses need accounts even when they're board is not USA based.

Also, you don't need to open 'dozens of bank accounts'. You open one and then within that one bank account you open up 'dozens' of checking accounts.
