This was inspired by this thread: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...72-auto-blogs-cracks-how-i-make-3k-month.html What you need: 1. An old domain that you have kept renewing for God knows why 2. A taste for great/funny pictures 3. Wordpress installed on the domain 4. Adsense account would be nice 5. At least $20 to invest 6. A Flippa Account (another $20 to invest, so yeah actually $40 total). Okay you know what to do - install wordpress on that domain. You won't need to do any SEO procedures like you found in the parent thread since this is and old domain that I'm assuming already has backlinks. Actually an old domain that you did xrumer on and didn't increase it's SEO rankings would be PERFECT for this. If you don't have any backlinks on the site just try to find the best way to automate backlink building. I've had great results with site selling and using xrumer. Next start posting amazing pictures. By amazing I mean each post should be mind shattering. Like a glacier, than an amazing/"epic" fail etc. But yeah you get the point. Adsense would help get the domain get indexed faster but it's not really recommended for this type of thing. By great pictures I mean things like you would find on failblog.org. Make sure you're not using a default wordpress theme. Actually, look for something that doesn't look like wordpress at all. Try a more Mashable effect. If you're feeling unnaturally lazy check this out: Code: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-o-matic/ I haven't tested how well rss feeds take images but you can try it yourself. But it would be kinda messed up if you just ended up hotlinking everything. You wanna grab the feed of a site like failblog.org. Just about any post on that site is quality content I'm talking about. A problem might be the watermark on the bottom but I'm sure you'll do some work and find the right site. Creating an autoupdating site like this might end up being an issue because of the watermark and hotlinking so I've also included a reccomendation: Code: Caffeinated Content I'm pretty sure that's on the DNS list so I can't link to it. But you'll find a way to get it (I hope). Open Caffeniated content file default.p.txt . Remove all other text other than the [image] or . Now set it to search yahoo answers but disable answers (meaning disable comments in CC). If you did the config file properly it's going to post only an image related to the search result. This is an example file:
http://filebin.ca/xadbqo/default.p.txt
Your file should be looking like that. The folder for the file is /templates. Once you're done try to locate the best of the best on your blog. Now you can do this the easy way or hard way. Like I read in the the post I linked to reddit is a great source of traffic.
www.reddit.com
You can either submit to reddit and hope for the best or you can artifically boost your votes with a software I also found on this forum:
www.eikasoft.com/reddit-vote-pro
Choose the $20 option for now just a test option to see how well this whole idea is. Submit your best blog post and immediatly vote it up. If you're lucky I think you can hit front page with just 30 votes. I'm actually pretty sure you can. But remove Adsense at this point. Adsense was only to let Google know you had new content on that old domain. I wasn't really sure about the software at first so I posted a thread here; no one knew about it so I just had to test it myself. It was cheap, so why not? After just that first submission your Alexa rank should sky rocket. Flippa is really the best place to buy or sell websites. If you don't have an account it's probably to get someone to sell the site for you, or you can start from scratch. I mean everyone had to start somewhere so you can with the new account option as well.
www.flippa.com
Now Alexa ranking is a flippa buyers wet dream option. I'm not exactly sure why they like it so much since it can be manipulated so easily but they do. And you already should have Yahoo backlinks thanks to the xrumer thing I was talking about. I hope you haven't listed your site right away though. Alexa rank takes time to increase. So try to get 5 pages with artificial boosts and you'll probably be looking at at a 50k Alexa rank which is GREAT to sell on flippa. A 50k Alexa rank blog is bound to sell for over $600. So all you gotta do is sell 10 sites a month and that's $6k min a month (Already above the average American!) There's always the option to monetize but I'm not really sure how you would monetize a picture blog. If you want to make the method a little more whitehat or ethical take into account the following bullets: - Use a domain that you've done proper SEO work for or will do and is ranking well or can rank well already - Help the buyer monetize their blog or integrate CPA or Adsense - Show them how to get traffic and how you get traffic That's about it. Good luck.
