I have just found an xsitepro license in my old arsenal so thought I would give it a go. I will be starting from scratch as I never bothered to learn it first time around. It would be great to share ideas and tips in here. The new version looks great on paper with a huge amount of features
    Code:
    [URL]http://www.xsitepro.com/features.html[/URL]
    Anyone using this for sites?
I intend to learn the system from scratch.

The software is buggy and locks up often

There is also a built in fault with some navbars

The biggest problem is that it uses the old tables templates, and not the current HTML5 and CSS3

There is an official forum - and reading the threads, you'll quickly see that just about everyone has stopped using the software, and are demanding an updated version - but the owner has been ill, and is looking to pass over the building of an updated version to a new owner

The only thing that interests me about the software is that it can build silo sites

Thanks WebDev. I don't think I'll bother. Any better software out there?

I'm not impressed with any of the available desktop site builders to be honest

If you don't mind CMS, then SEO Toaster looks good

My specialty is building Silo sites - so the choice is extremely limited, as there is virtually nothing available that can do the job properly (xsite pro can do it - but you can't sell old tables based sites to knowledgeable people)

I'll PM you the name of a promising free software (don't want too many people to know about it)
