Hello everyone, I was just wondering if some of you had success in this niche.I Started a mini-blog about it and wrote a couple articles and got really nice conversions because most of the visitors are really impulsive gamers( and buyers) and really want to fix their console temselves with a E-book. They simply don't want to wait 4 weeks and pay 150$ to microsoft

    Anybody else?

I've tried an affiliate offer for everything4360. Conversion was terrible. Didn't make much off it. Was just a quick little review video though.

Yeahh gaming is a nice niche but many of affiliate program are very bad.

affiliate with game shop ? Only 3% at 6% for each sale.
The Average order value is 35$.
For each sale (35$), you win only 1.4$ (4% commission).
In order to win 200$, you have to generate 142 sales.....
And when we think that only 5-8% of your visitors will buy items.

    That's very hard.

Sure, but with a only 4% commission, you have to work hard to earn money.

Why don't lock your content? if they are impulsive make a try.
Or let them choose between a $5 ebook on how to solve it. Or unlock the
content. Eather way they want to know the information so very huge
    succes rate I think.

Tried it with an eBay classified ad, a good click amount - no conversions.

I'm not quite sure what sites you have, but I'd consider running some GameFly offers. It's a video game rental service. Has an awesome conversion, for me anyway.
