THE WORST ATTACK can anyone help?

Hello, a influener bought some of our products and shared it online at their own merit, unfortunately they have a HUGE HATE club!

They targetted us on Trustpilot and in the last 24 hours have lef 61 negative 1* reviews!

Our Trustpilot was at a healthy score of 4.7 and now its been teared down to 2.9!

PLEASE can anyone advise what is best to do here?

Can the negative reviews be removed as its part of an online hate campaign?

Or am i best flooding my TrustPilot with positive reviews?

Any advice i greatly appreciate!

I have done this, but as you know Trustpilot are slow at replying, lets hope they take this seriously. I have proof as well it is a online hate campaign, there is a video online telling peoople to go leave fake reviews. thanks for your advice!

Report those reviews to Trustpilot to get them remove, and professionally respond to each review to show your commitment to resolving issues

avoid flooding with fake reviews; instead, encourage genuine customers to share positive feedback
 
Why the hate tho? Is your product that bad or is it their own personal hate for something? Can you change the thing that is causing the hate?

No the product is not bad, its the hate for the celebrity/influencer. There is a team that if she does anything or are associated with any brand they attack them.

If you report them , Trustpilot will remove it.
 
Why do you care about Trustpilot?...if you want to know if your potential customers use trust pilot to check you website, brand etc buy the paid version and you will how non important Trustpilot is.

Lol.

I had a different experience. Had a ton of absolutely fake reviews (some even commenting on products we don't even sell) posted and Trustpilot marked them as legit.

Also, at the time we had the paid version and it did not help at all. They deemed the reviews as genuine :D

Yeah, because unwarranted bad reviews don't hurt businesses...

You and your customers may not directly interact with Trustpilot but TP shows up in search results. They will search the product and TP, see the star review and base their opinion on it. Stupid / fake reviews really hurt companies.

People that leave unwarranted / fake reviews are absolute cunts.

You need to hire some orm specialist who will handle this situation for you. Doing it yourself will not give any fruitful result and will result in only time waste.

Open a shitlist thread if you think I'm a scam. Calling out legit sellers of 10+ years as a scam with nothing to back it up is just a cunt move tbh.

What I wrote is correct, imo. People see shitty TP reviews and it sways them without ever visiting TP because their reviews are visible directly in the search results.
