Idk if anyone else notices this but .. take a look at these 2 definitions of the word submit

to give over or yield to the power or authority of another (often used reflexively).

to present for the approval, consideration, or decision of another or others: to submit a plan; to submit an application.

    (Relating to Internet Marketing)
Isn't it possible the word submit which is shown on most CPA offers or any kind of offer really has a subconscious affect on the mind to give into whats being asked of you since its also a meaning for the first definition.
Am I looking too much into this? lol

You are looking too much into this. It is used because people are used to see that word on "submit" buttons.

Yes I do realize what he's talking about, he actually made it pretty clear. What I said was people from the beginning is used to seeing the word "Submit" on the buttons that are used to confirm the action of sending data from an HTML form. The buttons have been labelled as submit. Even the raw html input type for that button is called "submit", if you didn't know.

So, I doubt that labeling that button as "Submit" has any underlying plan other than just used to encouraging users to click on what they are used to see all the time.

So a man moves to the US and lands at NYC. Walking the streets he sees a sign that reads "If you wanna succeed go to hotel Astoria". The man thinking that's just what he needs, goes to the Astoria. He walks in the lobby, goes to the reception and says:
    - Lady, I've seen a sign back in Manhattan that says "If you wanna succeed go to the Astoria", I'm here and I want to succeed.
    The lady says:
    - Go to the first floor, there's a ballroom there, walk inside.
The man goes to the first floor, walks in the ballroom, nobody there except for a gorgeous brunette woman. Confused, he walks up to her and says:
    - I've seen a sign back in Manhattan that says "If you wanna succeed go to the Astoria", I'm here and I want to succeed. The lady at the reception told me to come here.
    The brunette replies:
    - Yeah, she meant to tell you to go to the second ballroom at the 2nd floor.
The man goes to the second floor, ballroom empty except for a hot blonde. Confused again and a little bit frustrated the man walks up to her and says:
    - Greetings, I've seen a sign back in Manhattan that says "If you wanna succeed go to the Astoria", I'm here and I want to succeed. The brunette lady at the 1st floor ballroom said to come here.
    The blonde replies:
    - Sorry, she meant to say conference room no. 5 on the third floor.
The man, now angry, goes to the 3rd floor, walks into conference room no5. and sees a big scary looking fellow standing around. Our guy walks up to him and a little bit scared he says:
    - Sorry to disturb you sir but I've seen a sign back in Manhattan that says "If you wanna succeed go to the Astoria", I'm here and I want to succeed. The blonde lady from the 2nd floor ballroom told me to come here.
The scary fellow looks at our guy and says:
    - Hi, I'm Ceed.

I've actually heard that submit as a button text lowers your conversion rate a lot.

I've had way more luck using relevant text on the button, like "give me my ebook" or "yes, I want in!"
