the wife gave me praise this morning as we sat drinking coffee at breakfast over the handling of a signup from bhw last night, felt good. long story short, im contacted last night by a vip member wanting to purchas my lifetime gscraper proxy subscription, i add the user on skype, and he says to me the following. i explain to the user, for 12 years my job is port scanning proxys for seo scraping tools and nothing else, i have a basic understanding, but i point him to videos on youtube to watch. anyways the user says hes gonna watch videos - but still wants to pay for my product b4 he knows how to use gscraper, which i refuse - why will become clear - i tell him he asks how much the product will cost, which i explain, but i also tell him until hes tried a test list he can not join the product until then, its my way of knowing user is happy with my product. i send him a test list but have to do a quick team viewer to show him best proxy settings for gscraper and how to set them up...he seemed happy with the test list..... again he asks to pay having seen a sample, but my concience kicks in and i reply with we parted on good terms, him saying he will be in touch when he has watched some videos and has learned how to use gscraper, for me i refused to take his140GBP until hes ready to use my product and knows how to use the tool he will be using them in, in other words pay me when your good to go. as we end our chat he asks 1 final question, where as some people would try and sell multiple products to a person with a new tool and little understanding of it, i went with this approach, remember i have 3 gscraper proxy products told the wife about this this morning, i was expecting her to say, u turned down 140GBP because he hadnt learned to use gscraper yet, instead she said , thats how it should be done, take the money when he has a grasp of how to use your service and the tool he has bought buyer comes first - money second - FELT GOOD.
