After penguin2.1,I find it hard to rank, many people use a new way to do SEO, I think using web2.0 in different TLDs would do a good job for SEO, but I have no method to find out web2.0 in different TLDS, does someone know that?

There are many ways you can scrape for different web2.0 footprints..
Try searching for some 'JCOW' 'ELGG' 'DOLPHIN' and 'PHPFOX' footprints if you are wanting to find web2.0's from different TLD's.

Using software like Ultimate Demon can help you set up your tier1 content. And yes web2.0 sites make some of the best link properties you can use. Cheers

If you are planning to rank just by relying on Web2.0s, then it was difficult before these updates also. Now It is all about using variety of platforms/link types.
