I sometimes hear this light painful ringing in my ears when I walk by a mcdonlds down the road. It's not enough to make me scream in pain but it makes me not want to stay in the area for long. I think this is a stealthy way to prevent loitering with noise expelling devices. The thought of sound being used as a weapon is really scary. There are actually police vehicles with sound weapons mounted on them to use during riots for crowd dispersion.

    "Police sound cannons"

I think the noises you are hearing outside MacDonalds are not sound cannons, but instead the sounds of the employees gears grinding in their heads as they try to work out which way up the cheese slice goes on the burger.

Many of the conspiracys have much more evidence than the people trying to counter. Some of the ones with evidence can be pretty scary...

Yeah, it does. If you would have told me the NSA was recording ALL internet traffic, and what they couldn't get they forced companies to hand over, I would have laughed and told you how to make a tinfoil hat. Well, its true, and the media/government/corporations have no intention of stopping.

As a side note I also think that people involved in conspiracies frequently hire agent provocatuers to cloud and confuse the public opinion. The media may do a special on the guy who believes in UFO's, who also happens to believe the Earth is hollow and inhabited by reptoids bent on man's destruction. See how that makes the legitimate questioning of UFO's seem ridiculous? Very sneaky.

    yes, that is called, "disinformation".

    1) give false info to reputable sources.

    or...

    2) give true info to disreputable sources.

it's not enough to ask what you believe, you must also ask why do you believe it.

Just when I thought the voices in my head were my own.. I think this was first invented as 'hypersound'. Using an ultrasonic frequency the would become audible and omni directional as the high frequency is lowered as it passes through bone and tissue. Its primary use memory serves was to target people with advertisements without blasting sound throughout.. Crap like soda machines, posters, etc..

Still think I'll build this one, I have traffic court in three weeks. See how well it works on the judge..

Thulean -- Sometimes ear ringing is cause by elevated blood pressure, which is mostly caused by eating mcdonalds..

Standing in the produce aisle at my neighborhood Wal-Mart, I turned my head slightly to look at the veggies and a voice was in my ear talking. Turned away and it was gone. Turned back and it was talking again. It was like a pre-recorded announcement, sort of like a Public Service Announcement only instead of telling me about the special in the Men's Wear Department, it was some guy telling me about how Wal-Mart Theft Prevention closely monitors all shoppers, and that they prosecute anyone they catch shoplifting. Then it went on to say something like, even if I didn't get caught, I would have to live with the knowledge of what I had done for the rest of my life, and that it would change who I was, and I would feel guilty.

It was the last part that lingered. Afterwards, I figured out that they had to have been doing some kind of on-site experimentation with focused sound waves, because it really was FOCUSED. But, beyond that, the "voice in my head" in a physical sense was trying to get "inside my head" in a psychological sense also. I've heard rumblings about experimentation with subliminal messages and theft prevention, and the SciFi genre has a lot of examples of mind control via sound. I wonder sometimes why it is that the US (in particular) is so dramatically different today than it was even 20 years ago; why people are so willing to hand over their power to the government, why the mass-media is so hyper-focused on polls, and what public sentiment is on this issue or that. I think they are trying to assess how well their thought control campaigns are going. Beyond "advertising", I think they are doing more than saying "buy brand X, it will make your dick real big and your girlfriend's tits will bounce more". I think they are saying "You believe that X is right and Y is wrong, and here are the reasons why you believe this is true." and also "This guy is crazy and dangerous. He owns a gun, and he believes the exact opposite as you and all the other normal people do."

I also think they can say "Everyone hates you. You should get a gun and go to a schoolyard full of children and start shooting." Or a Naval Shipyard.

And then, on TV they can say "See what happens when crazy people get guns? You don't need those anyways. They are more likely to kill you & your family than to protect you against a criminal." and the psychological ploy is that they never state out loud that the purpose of those guns is to be used against the US Military and their Tories during the 2nd American Revolutionary War. As long as there are stories of racism, discrimination, bigotry and other manufactured non-issues, the Media will not need to put the focus on the economy, the permanent state of poverty and degradation that the US is sliding into, and the inevitable Civil War that is coming.

It makes me wonder how many fake conspiracy theories are promoted by the government, in order to hide the true ones behind their "background noise".

I've been saying, "Bomb" and "Kill Obama" over the phone for years. Then it bothers me when things are on the TV in which I relate to. That's just marketing strategy though, my life isn't that interesting to listen in NSA!

I have thought, since I live so close to where there was above ground testing and other sorts of military testing that they might use certain frequencies to get a certain type of reaction from sound. I've seen sound wave files all over the internet promoting that when you focus on it you can feel as if your brain frequency was aligned with that of a brain on dope. Or cocain. Or crack. Then again, it was hard to me to do.

I've though, well.. They could project a frequency, but doing so with higher more "ear-piercing" frequencies don't travel far at all.

There are conspiracies that they(government, secret society) have been blasting certain cities with frequencies. I for one have experience odd anomalies lately to myself that make me question this:
First, I had my hearing completely drop out in the middle of nowhere, around the same time, back to back. I brushed this off as a issue with the fact I'm always around loud music. At least once, maybe twice a week. I mean LOUD. This was in the living room of my own house in which my hearing dropped into a small whine noise, but it felt like it was being plugged, but still whining.

Second, higher whining ringing I hear. Which is painful.

I don't know, chances are I have hearing problems because I'm often that tweekr by the speaker.

Washington Gunman Recently Told Cops He Was Being Bombarded By Microwave Signals That Kept Him Awake At Night

    http://www.thesmokinggun.com/buster/aaron-alexis-rhode-island-police-report-675432

Six weeks before going on a killing spree at the Washington Navy Yard, Aaron Alexis told Rhode Island police that he was being followed by individuals who were using a "microwave machine" to send vibrations into his body that kept him from falling asleep, according to a bizarre police report.

On August 7, Alexis summoned Newport cops to a Marriott hotel where he was staying. During a 6:30 AM interview, the 34-year-old--who said he was a "naval contractor" who traveled often--told officers that voices were harassing him through a hotel wall, adding that he was fearful he could be harmed.

The unknown individuals, Alexis said, were using "some sort of microwave machine" to send vibrations into his body. Alexis assured cops that he did not have a history of mental illness in his family or any sort of prior "mental episode."

A Newport patrolman advised Alexis to "stay away from the individuals that are following him" and notify police "if they attempt to make contact with him."

I'm conflicted on this one. I don't necessarily think racism, discrimination, and bigotry are 'manufactured non-issues.' I think those are legitimate issues that are ultimately a detriment to every member of any given society. Aside from maybe those profiting off of vomiting 'news' all over the largely subservient TV watching populace.

I've read your opinions in many threads and have gathered that you don't think it's either possible or warranted to change or influence somebody's views on a topic. For the most part, I agree. To tell somebody 'what you think is wrong and you should think this instead' is thoroughly fucked and useless, and nobody has the right to even try.

However when it comes to issues of racism, discrimination, and bigotry (which I have to imagine you do think exist, but are just being exaggerated and used as a smoke screen by the media to distract us from the issues you listed above) I think that these views should change. Maybe that's hypocritical, but I don't think it can really be argued that these things are good, unless we get excessively philosophical. And I don't think there are many ways that this can be done other than perhaps through education and a sort of brainwashing or mass shaming through public or mass mediums like the 'news.'

Human nature is probably bound to create meaningless violence for one reason or another, even without racial discrimination or things of the like. But accepting bigots as an equally valued demographic as those who preach peace seems kind of like saying a pedophile/rapist should be allowed to hang out at the elementary school as a private P.E. teacher because it would be morally shitty to tell him he's not allowed to.

I don't mean to blow things out of proportion here. I agree with a lot of what you're saying and I know you're just expressing your views. I'd just like to pick your brain a little bit, see if I learn a thing or two.
