And these two involved i open up the choice to the public as i like our family of users opinion instead of jumping in on situations like this with a quick ban.

What were gonna do here is gonna be for the good of the forum and i cant ban one without someone feeling like its unfair so ill open this poll for you.

A case of blind rage and a temporary lapse of judgment. Just have Lewi give a sincere apology, I'm sure he wasn't serious about he threats, he probably regretted saying it after he calmed down.

Harro this has happned before . I will not mention no names . But the only thing that was ever done was a public apology than it was swept under the rug .

I am a friend of Lewis I am CERTAIN this is a one time incident . I feel having his name dragged through the coals that all members will rember for a long time to come is well enough punishment. When ever he tries to sell a service everyone will rember this .

Harro a ban is not necesary the punishment has already been given . Hew has admitted guilt . Apologized and will ALWAYS be rembered for this incident !

Oh god this is going to go down in BHW history but not for the good reasons.

No idea if i am allowed to post here but why am i in the running of getting banned? I provided all the proof and alerted others about this blackmailing. Is it because of my post counts here and i am new compared to him?

You got what you wanted lewi publicly apologized and peopel can judge your proof themselves if they believe you thats there choice, people also make mistakes and he has said his sorrys his name will be hard to trust for some users too as well so i think thats enough .

Alright keeping him is not a problem, he appologised and that is it. The reason i put the thread up was to alert others, and I had no idea it was lewi but whatever it is, the decision is up to the admin.

I voted ban nobody only because there wasnt an option for a temp ban, if given that option i would have voted ban lewi temporarily, seems like he needs a timeout to rethink his actions.

Lewi could have been having a hard day and feeling desperate to go to his relatives funeral and made a bad decision. although this actions he took is unacceptable he should still be forgiven and given the benefit of the doubt that this is not his true nature.

Desperate people do desperate things and this situation seems to represent lewi in his desperation.

I think its safe to say Lewi's credibiilty here in BHW is in the toilet and it will be hard for him to repair the damage but only he can repair this dsamage if he truly wants to.

Lewi, you did this. The only worse thing than blackmailing is physical abuse (rape and murder). Personally I think blackmailing someone is mental rape.
Affguy, You are an idiot as well. You can`t have a man working for you for 6 hours and then not buying from him. You took advantage of him. depending on what work he`s done you should at least give him some money for his trouble. 6 hours of work in the im world is pretty expensive. Personally I would have physically hit you in the face for ripping me off.
My conclusion is: they both are guilty, but not as guilty as to be banned. I know facts are facts but we should use our wisdom here.

Yes I forgive him and although he told me to say sorry to him, i don't find a reason for that. I am with the admin on this decision, my job was to alert others about this matter, and many of you helped me to find out the information. To others, no matter how desperate you get, please never cheat others to get some whatever you want.

No one gave you the right to abuse others ok, read all the posts before you start your abusing. If i am an idiot, you are even worse than that, he didn't spend 6 hrs setting up the server, the admin of vps company did. Plus I did tell him clearly that we will deal about the email list after the vps is done, he could ask me $ for service that time. Plus in my thread on buying the list I clearly said i need to test the list before buying. Do some homework before you jump around. I don't want to argue about this matter anymore.

Dood stop with the bashing already it is done. This goes for everyone enough is enough .
