Yes the server was down due as someone had messed up a few settings. Everything is back fine now. I do hope such silly mistakes won't happen ever again.

do you not offer cpanel, plesk or direct admin? and do you allow adult content??

I think it's set to something like 60-100 connections per hour before the firewall will temporarily block you.

But let me warn you, if you are thinking of mass mailing activites, my upstream provider is very strict about it. So yeah, don't complain if they suspend your account.

Like jainy25 said, my account has been setup! First of all, there's absolutely no catch, the setup is pretty fast and no need to say that the prices are ridiculously cheap! I am currently on the $1 resseller and it has everything that a resseller plan should have! The speed is great-wordpress loads quite fast and loads almost instantly after installing the W3 Total Cache plugin...

Overall, the service is awesome and for $1 you just can't go wrong! If I had to choose between a webhost like Godaddy or JustHost for example and Uniquehost, I would rather go for UniqueHost-yes it's that good!

Did you read the knowledgebase? I had clearly mentioned that if you want to buy on annual or semi-annual basis, you have to mail me at billing at theuniquehost com
