I purchased earlier today and must say I simply havent been able to get anything out of this software;

1. When entering my registration code I kept getting a server error. Retried for a couple of hours and it eventually worked.
2. If I enter a keyword then click ADD KW AND EXPAND it mostly just gives a "TIMED OUT' error. A few times it has worked, but it has taken 30 minutes+ to return anything.
3. Generally the software is running extremely slowly and slugishly. Slitching between tabs is slow, and getting any results is even slower.

Im just not going to be able to cope with it and will be asking for a refund :( sorry.

I do agree that moving to a subscription model is going to be a better solution for you....and would certainly consider it if it was faster and a more managed service.

Hi guys,
First post was back in 2012 - two years and a half before. I was reading some of the comments and saw nothing but complaints.
Can anyone vouch for it?

Why don't you offer a free trial? It is the most common thing in sw industry.
If you're worried about abusive behavior you can offer the trial with certain limitations such as disable export options etc.

ClickBank processes the refunds. Send me your e-mail address and I can see if you input your information correctly.

Can you please reply to my question?

A free trial isn't automated on our backend, and I don't have the time to manually process the volume of free trials that we would get. So far, the 60 refund has worked fine.

my ultiment nice finder install wont start any more. evry time i want to start it i get an error messages that says: cant start the application, contact the manufacturer. Where can i download the most recent version ?

So now a week since requesting a refund...still no refund. The no refund policy isn't worth diddly. Im not going to go away mate, so suggest you reply to the PM and get this sorted. You have my email address, I have completed you form...now give me my refund as promised!

I apologize for this. ClickBank normally processes these refunds fairly quickly, and I've never had any issues with customers getting their money back--the refund policy is solid. I had sent you a PM asking for your e-mail [I just noticed that my request for your email was hidden in the body of the PM], and I didn't see your response. If I have your email, I can check and see what the problem is.

Also, you should have received an e-mail from CB if the form went through. You can forward that e-mail from CB to me at [email protected]. Without your email/order number I can't track down the issue.

i also get an error when i want to download the new setup.

Can't even re-install UNF... it's giving an error when trying to install from a fresh download. Any fix Hango?

Following failure messages were detected:
+ Downloading http://ultimatenichefinder.com/install/Ultimate Niche Finder.application did not succeed.
+ The remote server returned an error: (406) Not Acceptable.

Developer sent me a note that the 406 issue might be fixed. I'm away from my PC for the next day or so, so I can't confirm. Let me know if the problem still exists.
