Just out of curiosity has anyone ever tried this before. It would seem to be the ULTIMATE way to steal identities.
1.Set up a website with an "Irresistible offer affiliate program"
2. Hype it up all over online.
3. People come to sign up and leave your all of their personal informatio including name, SSN.
Since people are so used to putting in their SSN for tax purposes on the big affiliate sites, it would be like taking candy from a baby.
I am in no way a proponent of this, but I just thought of it, and wondered if anyone else has been busted doing this?
