Do you even know the demographic of your traffic?

Sure they may be interested in your niche but if it's a bunch of high school kids then the likely chance of converting them into paying customers is very low.

Look at your competition and see what they're doing. Make your website similar to theirs but IMPROVE on it. Especially when it comes to their sales funnel.

You should research the behavior of the visitors on your site, and find out where you loose them
