The system itry do not work need to be online 24/24 ??

Hi good morning,

I try to make a blog and submit some messages, differents hours, results i do not ping and no visits ???

So you need to be online 24/24 ? to get results ?

Or can i make a blog, some messages, differents time, ping now before they are online (i have look in rss for some blogs if you have some messages in "hold on" rss can not read them)

But can rss come back "register to come back at a "late time date"
