Hello guys, I want to tell you my Facebook story and if any of you have experience with this can give me some advice...
I have been using Facebook since 2009, I started running ad campaigns there in 2013.
Yes, it's been 10 years without any problems with my accounts. I spent a lot of money in advertising, I made a lot of sales too, a large percentage of my success is due to Facebook and Instagram.
So until November of last year, Facebook just got some weird glitch and wiped out everything I'd built over 10 years. Over 10 pages, several groups, 2 business managers, 3 ad accounts, 3 pixels as well as my personal profile full of contacts with friends and a bunch of memories over the years.
One night I just got a few notifications and emails for a copyright infringing post (see attached picture).
I have never seen this page and I did not make this post, also in business managers I had no other pages attached besides mine, I immediately checked the devices logged into my account and there was nothing foreign.
Then one of my ads account was blocked. After 2 days on my personal account I received some kind of security survey, I filled out the questions and after 5-6 hours my personal account along with the second business manager were blocked. I just lost access to everything.
The strangest thing is that after they restricted my access, some of my pages were still active, the ad campaigns also continued to work until I blocked my credit cards. :D
Now when I log in the account I only see this and can't access anything (see the second attached photo)
For several months I tried to contact Facebook support but without any success.

I have already bought 2 other ad accounts, but if I can get the old ones back I will be more than happy. (or at least my personal account)
Has anyone had a similar problem to share if there is a solution?
thanks in advance

Look like your account has been hacked and they are using your own assets to run those ads, on that "strange" page. Once they have access to your account, they could have your token and put it in a 3rd-party app/tool. Using those tool to setup campaign will not trigger any log-in alert or leave any traces in logged devices. Thanks God that you blocked your credit cards, otherwise they would have use your money to run their ads too.

When the system told you about that copyright infringing post, that means someone is using your Facebook account to set up campaigns on that page, the page isn't necessary to be managed or controlled by your account. You should have checked your BM and personal account to see if there is any admins on it other than you. Also if they are using the cookies (extracted from your device when they hacked your account) to log in then FB won't show other device logged-in, still your device but on other IP.

It seems your account has been hacked in a sophisticated way, it's difficult to get it back. You can try posting to find a service to get your personal account back. As for the page and ad account, I haven't seen anyone service yet

When you have contacted Facebook support but got no assistance, perhaps the success rate of your complaint account will be very low (((, I can only wish you good results on your account my new account)

What you need to do now is contact Facebook support directly to ask for help. With that, good luck wishes come to you

Thank you guys, it looks like my account has been hacked through cookies. I would try some kind of service to restore at least the personal account if you can recommend one.
I've already tested several people from fiver but no success.

maybe can't get that account back anymore. Facebook is really confusing. you should continue with a new account and start from scratch, that is the only option.

It will be very difficult to restore, maybe you should use another account

Man sorry to hear that, my advice is...
Learn why what happened happened, and how you got hacked, to secure your self good next time.
And start building up a man with an old account and you should be ok.

I'm so sorry to hear that but i think your account has been hacked
You can try to continue with new account and hope you can get good result

I remind you a lot about this problem, please contact Facebook support first

Facebook should an PIN codes in order to run ads and change sensitive data. I think this way would be more secure and hackers can’t just easily changed infos without notice from original emails. Idk why they never do this it would be a lot safer. Fb nowadays just getting hacked here and there that easy their security is so flawed
