Adam will explain that for ya
Marijuana is far from safe yet all these drug addicts keep promoting it as safe.
Smoking at home is pretty safe. Smoking and driving is just like any other DWI.
Well, texting and driving are more dangerous than smoking and driving...
It's best to do neither, just because something is safer doesn't mean its safe.
bad for the lungs, and under 25 makes you a vegetable. solution make the legal age 25, put same labels as cigarettes on packaging. Never should have been illegal. Happy its becoming federally legal in Canada
Few marijuana addicts ever want to admit to it being bad for you, at least most tobacco users understand it's bad and not going to come up with all sorts of excuses like its safer than crystal meth to smoke.
Maybe that is because there has been no reported cancer death from marijuana unlike tobacco?
I am not supporting marijuana. I have done it more times that i can count, but that fucking thing would've made me a looser if I continued with it. I couldn't get shit done. I would just toke and chill, who the fuck needs to work? Lol
But if you can be productive on it, good for you.
You also realize there are other ways of ingesting cannabis?
some countries still consider that WEED is illegal, while they allow drugs ..I mean real drugs... like ASPERIN ...it has the same effect as HEROIN ...weird...
While, perhaps this thread should be locked as a political thread, I will move beyond this.
Are politics used to control drug use? Yes. Sometimes the reasoning is as given in the video. More often, while again political, the reason for drugs being illegal is that drug interdiction and regulation are a jobs program. If you will, a government handout and welfare to people that might not otherwise have a job.
It is my position that no drug should be illegal, and that any drug should only be regulated to the point that it is effective for the labeled use. This means that drugs like Aspirin and Ibuprofen should be regulated to be certain that they actually relieve pain. Both of those over the counter drugs, otherwise known as NSAID's, are extremely dangerous. Basically, I believe that if you are tall enough to lay your money on the counter, then you should be able to buy the drug - any drug.
If a person overdoses on Cocaine or Heroin, as examples, then it is on the user. This is true of alcohol, why not all other drugs.
As far as weed being dangerous, poppycock. There are no deaths known that are directly attributable to smoking cannabis, unlike the other five drugs I mentioned. If you are foolish enough to drive while wasted, that is not the fault of the drug, that is the users fault.
I understand that blaming racism for anything is sheik and all the rage, but that claim is also provably false.
